Can be added to any concrete mixture as an appropriate weight reducing material for various cement-b
Product Introduction
The EPS foam particles modified with EASYMIX™ additives result in lightweight concrete that resembles light blue sand and has a natural pale blue shine on its surface. This product is free from static electricity, easy to mix uniformly, and exhibits excellent adhesive properties with cement slurry. This lightweight aggregate can be used commercially in various cement-based products.
Product Advantages
1. Lightweight aggregates blend perfectly with water and cement, ensuring even distribution of EPS particles within the mortar.
2. Lightweight aggregate concrete can be pumped over long distances, it's lightweight and easy to apply.
3. It has a weak alkaline pH, is non-corrosive, and doesn't react with any substances it comes in contact with.
4. It features a moisture-resistant coating on the EPS, making it impermeable.
5. The volume stability of lightweight aggregate concrete ensures excellent crack resistance and eliminates hollow spaces.
6. This contributes to meeting increasingly stringent insulation performance requirements.
